How Does Raise the Reel Handle Reward Fulfillment?

Standard Service (10% commission):

  • Complete campaign management from strategy to completion
  • Digital rewards coordinated and delivered (posters, blooper reels, trailers, exclusive content)
  • Organized backer data provided in easy-to-use spreadsheets for any experiential rewards you choose to fulfill directly

Premium Fulfillment Service (Starting at +5% additional):

  • Physical reward fulfillment and shipping
  • Virtual hangout organization, coordination, and delivery
  • Coordination of set visits and walk-on roles
    • Pre-production surveys for backer availability, wardrobe sizes, dietary restrictions
    • Scheduling coordination between production and backers for optimal shoot or set visit dates
  • Note: Backers handle their own transportation and accommodations; RTR coordinates scheduling logistics
  • Premium Fulfillment starts at an additional 5% and may increase up to 10% depending on the scope and complexity of the campaign. Shipping costs are billed separately.

15% to RTR (Premium Service) Includes everything in Standard Service plus full coordination of physical rewards, experiential perks, and virtual hangouts. Final fee may increase based on scope and complexity. Additional shipping fees apply for physical items.
